One of the best gyms in a hotel that I have ever been to. Room was excellent only complaint is that walls are thin and you hear all. Also if you like to leave your patio door open, the hotel cat may come in! Breakfast was minimal but good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grocery store steps away is handy otherwise need a car or take transit to get around the city.

This place is awesome! I cannot recommend enough. It has such a cozy feel outside of the room. The fitness center is top tier and has every thing you need. KB, DB, TRX, cables, lat pull down, even ski machine. If you enjoy working out on vacation, then this is your place. It is hard to get a massage bc only one masseuse, and she books up so if you want a massage, plan in advance. No couples massage either. But, I LOVE this place. I will stay again for sure.

Very high level attention to detail in every aspect of the experience from the check in tour, to the amenities offered (breakfast baskets, full and expansive gym, common sitting area, outdoor terrace with pool and paddleball court). Staff are very kind and knowledgeable with excellent recommendations about spots to visit. Don’t miss out on the churrascaria a 2 min walk away, a true hidden gem!

Fun hotel with a padle court in good condition - equipment was included in the cost of hiring the court for 1 hr. Concierges were delightful and knowledgeable. Provided recommendations for a pizza place on the river that was awesome and a visit to the beach to enjoy the outdoor fresh bbq fish locations close to the harbour and the beach promenade.

Don’t go by the first impression, because this place is wonderful. It does not even look like a hotel from the outside, and the lobby is at best uninspiring. But the place beyond that is lovely, along with the staff. Rooms are set uo for longer-term stay so you have a well-appointed kitchen. We had a patio in a come-covered alley. Breakfast one of the best.

High quality/price rate

All was perfect like last time. The only negative point is for the shutter windows that didn’t work and the door lock of the room that was a little bit broken Beside that all was perfect ,the cleanliness was perfect,staff friendly, amenities are better than expected. I recommend!

Buon soggiorno a Oporto. Punti forti: pulizia, buona offerta di servizi, buona colazione. Da migliorare: le stanze hanno delle tende che non nascondono gli interni (ergo abbiamo visto le stanze dentro di altri soggiornanti), la nostra stanza di notte aveva forse qualche problema di fognatura per via dell'odore. Colazione molto golosa ma da aumentare offerta prodotti senza lattosio e proteici.

Could be more inviting

Our room was excellent but booked a room with a balcony and I certainly wouldn't describe what we had as being a balcony. There was a very small outside space which looked tired and right next to access path. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was not inviting as tiles missing from sides and a long walk from patio area. The patio area itself is in need of repairs with broken decking and adjustments needed. Disappointed that drinks or snacks were from vending machines.
