Service was great! But walls are thin and doors are loud. We heard people around us. Bed and pillows were poor. It’s in a great area! Ease of walking was great. Just a little loud and beds were not great.

Personnel au top, très réactif lors d’une demande. Hôtel proche du centre de Porto, de la gare principale, des autres transports en commun. Hôte avec la décoration atypique, vintage, mais trop beau. Les chambres au calme mais mériteraient un peu plus d’insonorisation au niveau du couloir.

very bad smell from the toilet/bathroom. Very bad /no internet in my room. When I asked to fix / or find solution I didn’t hear anything later. Nice staff and helpful 🙏

This was BY FAR the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was EXCELLENT. The location is a block from the main tourist area. The amenities were OUTSTANDING. And the rooftop bar was the best way to end a long day of being a tourist. I would highly recommend this hotel and, hopefully, would book a room there again. Gosh, what a great place!

séjour en famille durant les fêtes de Noël,je connaissais cet hôtel et il est très sympa.le personnel parle français ,ce qui facilite les échanges.Très pratique pour visiter Porto à pied.il y a également une bonne offre de restauration aux alentours de l'hôtel. petit plus ,j'ai apprécié l'installation d'une table pour 8 afin que nous puissions prendre le petit déjeuner tous ensemble.

Single was not in the hallway, but in the stairwell and did not get very good wifi. I had to bring my laptop up next to the door to get an ok signal, but it still kept disconnecting. While it was amusingly decorated hotel overall, it feels like a dated, budget-level hotel.

Boa localização, bom atendimento e instalações. Da pra fazer o centro historico todo a pé. Nao incluimos o café da manhã porque tornava a diaria bem mais cara. E nao me arrependi. Perto da estação Sao Bento, a 300 metros, tem varios cafés com muita coisa diferente e barata.

Safe, comfortable stay in central Porto!
The good: super centrally located, friendly receptionist, clean family room with comfy beds, great shower, and reliable WiFi. The (not so) bad: Average (free but limited) breakfast menu, paid parking (not a surprise but 15e/day is a little on the higher side), no on-site restaurant (but plenty around the hotel), and a closed terrace bar. The ugly? Nada..... All in all, a safe, friendly stay without luxuries in a central location.

Guter Service trotz vielen FCorona-Einschränkungen
Das originelle etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel liegt relativ ruhig und zentral (Metro vom/zum Flughafen, wenige Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt und zum Rio Douro. Das freundliche Personal hat sich trotz den vielen Corona-Auflagen sehr verständnisvoll und geduldig gezeigt. Jederzeit wieder in einem ruhigen Zimmer zum Hof.

Great location. Had terrace room with views over rooftops and city hall. Nice touch with vintage items. Good breakfast. Special thank you to the girls on reception. Very helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Sorted small problem we had immediately. Thank you.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado del Ayuntamiento y a un minuto a pie de la parada de Metro Aliados. Nuestra habitación era amplia y el baño espacioso con un plato de ducha muy grande (era la doble superior). Sin duda repetiría en este Hotel. Puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios de Oporto desde esta ubicación.
