Very Noisy
Extrememly noisy! Kept awake all night due to hearing talking and snoring from the adjacent. All noises from reception desk echo up the stairs to all the rooms.

For an old boutique hotel it was acceptable. The tiny shower was a challenge to wash in. And when they say “parking available” there is only one spot down a very narrow drive and you have to reserve the spot and pay $12 a day. A larger car than a compact SUV would be difficult to fit. The motion sensing lights in the hall could be set a little longer to give you time to get into the room. We didn’t pay for the breakfast, opting to walk a couple of minutes away for a less expensive one. There was no signage on the building with the name, just “hotel” in a position you had to look closely for. Overall, the stay was alright and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Séjour très positif
Personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Beaucoup d’informations touristiques ont été fournies à notre arrivée. Emplacement idéal, proche centre historique tout en étant très calme. Chambre très propres.

Klein aber fein!
Kleines Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Mit der Klimaanlage kann gekühlt oder geheizt werden je nach Jahreszeit. Das Frühstück kostet 12 EUR pro Person. Zu Fuss sind es ca. 5 minuten in eine Einkaufstrasse und ca. 20 bis runter zum Fluss. Wir haben vieles zu Fuss gemacht oder mit einem BOLT (Uber von Portgal).

La chambre retenue était occupé !!
Nous sommes arrivées à 14 heures mais la chambre qui nous était allouée était occupée. On nous a dit que d'ici le soir, elle serait libre et nettoyée. Malheureusement, lorsque nous sommes rentrées après le dîner aux alentours de 22 heures, quand nous avons ouvert la porte avec la clé de chambre électronique, il y avait une personne allongée dans le lit. Nous sommes donc redescendus à l'accueil et sonner pour qu'une personne nous donne une autre chambre !!

Nations League trip
As it's name suggests, the hotel is charming. Great service, clean, boutique style hotel within walking distance (10 mins downhill) of city centre. Hotel car park was full but arrangements were kindly made for use of a nearby secure car park at hotel rate.Small cosy cafes nearby during the day.

Quase como estar em casa. Um pequeno hotel, a duas ruas da pulsação do Porto e bem próximo do metro. Perto de mercado e com um café da manhã saboroso e com uma equipe atenciosa.Bom custo-beneficio. Se estiver de carro, precisa avisar e reservar. A garagem é pequena.

Its Charming
The hotel is out of the center in a semi quiet place, but quaint, fully redone, the staff was nice. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The only improvement is that they use a little too much perfume in the lobby.

The name covers it all; very charming hotel.
Great service, very friendly staff and the hotel as the room were very clean. Room was small, but bed was comfortable and the shower warm, so that did not mather. Breakfast simple, but fresh and tasty. Would definately recommend!

1/ Having had to check out early, I found no one at the reception desk and the main entrance locked. I was concerned about catching my early morning train. I had to ring several before a clerk showed. That guests should be held prisoners until their bill is checked is unacceptable. 2/There was no hot water in my room in the first place; I had to be relocated after settling in...

très bon rapport qualité prix- très bien situé
Hotel bien situé, à 15 mn à pied du centre historique, à 3mn de la rue Ste Catherine. Hotel agréable chambre très propre. par contre l'insonorisation reste un problème si vous avez des voisins de chambre un peu bruyant. La réceptionniste était formidable, gentille, prévenante et nous a réservé la soirée Fado, le taxi...avec une gentillesse très appréciée. très bonne réception wifi

Correct, pratique mais bruyant
Deux problèmes principaux : - une très mauvaise insonorisation (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les autres chambres) - fenêtres qui n’isolent pas non plus du bruit. (Et quand un chien voisin aboie toute la nuit c’est très pénible) Points positifs : - le personnel à l’accueil est très sympathique - l’emplacement (proche commerces) - propreté de l’ hôtel et de la chambre
