Located in a brand-new building across from Exponor, just a 5-minute drive from the famous Leça da Palmeira beach and a short drive from the airport, the apartment is fully equipped for a seamless stay. Enjoy AC in every room, two stylish bedrooms, and a sun-drenched balcony perfect for morning coffee or after-work relaxation!

Perfect for both leisure and business trips, this elegant apartment is distributed as follows:

LIVING ROOM
The spacious open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, TV, and reading chair - an ideal space to unwind after a day at the beach or visiting the surroundings.

KITCHENETTE
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four.

BEDROOMS
Two cozy and stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, soft linens, closets and blackout curtains for a restful night. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms in the apartment (one en suite), each equipped with a walk-in shower, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience.

BALCONY
Enjoy your morning espresso or an evening glass of wine on the private balcony, with seating for two and views over the quiet, tree-lined avenue.
