Perfekte Lage, nur ein kurzer Spaziergang, um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Leider aber ziemlich abgenutzte Küche und Möbel. Zum Teil auch Verletzungsgefahr durch nicht festgeschraubte kückenregale.
