Property was clean and rooms quiet. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Public transportation available right outside hotel and a market just down the block.

Very nice property and large, modern rooms. The air conditioner in the first room was not working and they promptly changed us to another room. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, cream and sugar. As coffee lovers, we were delighted. The second day of our stay, there was no coffee pods. When we called the front desk, we were told it was only free the 1sr night. If we want more pods, we have to pay 0.50 euro per pod and for the cream. We considered it very tacky and distasteful. We were staying 3 nights in the hotel. They need to revisit that policy

The property itself was beautiful, the room was also nice and comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and super helpful. Wonderful stay. Wish I would have gotten a room upgrade and the VIP amenities and unfortunately the sky bar was closed so I could never have the bridge view but the location and again the friendly staff were very accommodating with my breakfast and my experience was smooth.

Lights in room didn’t work because main card control at door was falling off wall. Maintenance person came and said it works if you wiggle it. Zero water out of the shower. Dripping noise in the ceiling all night.
