「Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the majority of sofa beds and the bathroom door needed oil as it makes lots of noise. Everything else was excellent. 」

「The excellence began even before check-in: the host was proactive in reaching out to provide advice. The apartment is very well-located, just a short walk to the funicular/stairs that take one into the heart of the town (one tip: unless you have mobility issues, the funicular is unnecessary; it’s an easy and charming walk). Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen gut geeignet: ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Die Matratze war recht hart und das Sofa leider nicht besonders bequem, aber für den Preis war es insgesamt absolut okay.
Etwas kompliziert war die Anleitung zur Tiefgarage – da alles online lief und man niemanden vor Ort...

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
