「The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter.」

「We absolutely loved staying in this apartment for our stay in lake como and would definitely stay here again. Patrizia and Luca were amazing hosts and I would go as far to say the nicest and most helpful hosts I have ever had staying at a property. 「Wir haben bei Enzo’s eine tolle, entspannte Nacht verbracht. Nach einer sehr strapaziösen Anreise, die einige unschöne Überraschungen mit sich brachte, war er der perfekte Gastgeber, hat auf uns gewartet und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Auch als wir erst um 22:40Uhr eintreffen konnten. Ein Highlight: Das Frühstück in der kleinen, schnuckeligen Bäckerei 2 Ecken entfernt - in dem wir ganz unkompliziert mit Coins aus der AirBnB Schatztruhe zahlen konnten. Selbst das persönliche “Navigieren”...

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
