“100 % recomendable”

“Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.”

“Fijn klein zwembad, mooi uitzicht. Eenvoudige maar nette bungalow. Voordeel is dat boottochtjes vanuit hier vertrekken. Ten tijde van verblijf werd er verbouwd waardoor het restaurant helaas gesloten was. Overall fijne plek!”

“This is not an apartment in Portobelo like the map indicates. It's a house about a mile outside of town and it's a bit rundown. The AC can't keep up with the heat and the entire house has a slight musty smell. I left 2 weeks ago and I still can't get the musty smell out of my CPAP machine. We left early after only 2 nights because the house was so hot and and uncomfortable. The host was great. Very friendly and responsive and he provided great information on local attractions, but he was……

“The hotel is a sleepy bed breakfast located close to the coast next to a tiny village. The property is older it could do a facelift. The single rooms are small, but functional. The air condition worked great. The pool was a big plus .The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My biggest concern was lack of communication when we tried via Expedia to get more information about directions and check-in. However, it worked ok in the end.”

“Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.”

“Room super clean!”

“No hay agua caliente muy susio y el aire no bueno”

“Spacious unit. Easy check in. So look ”

“Worst place Ever, do not go there”

“La atención del personal muy buena y amable desde el guarda de seguridad hasta el personal de limpieza y recepción lo único malo es que probablemente el detergente que usan para lavado no es muy bueno xq las toallas olían a sucio aún estando recién lavadas y habían algunas pequeñas cucarachas en el baño... pero por lo demás muy bien y recomendado como muy buena opción de hospedaje..”

“the view is beautiful! We were taken care of well.”
