Nice hotel with friendly staff in Le Grazie, with local charm, less tourists and local bus services every 30 minutes to Portovenere and La Spezia.

Overall realy good place for the price paid, calm and the view is very nice even at night. Breakfast was also nice and good. On’y small issues are the size of the room and toilet (had to climb over the toilet to access the shower) and we could hear people walking on the corridor whoch can be annoying for some others.

Nice cozy hotel on the harbor with professional, accommodating, friendly staff. Old rooms with small steps in and out of room, tiny bathroom. But with plenty of natural light. Did not have sea view but backside dining area storage was not ugly looking. LeGrazie is a lovely , quiet town, with friendly people. Harborwalk in front of hotel is under construction.

Lovely hotel in perfect position on the quayside. Own swimming pool. Excellent personnell in reception and in the restaurant. Unusual colourful mosaic tiling throughout the hotel, even in the bedrooms. The sound of toys and hoovers on the tiles in the room above will wake you in the morning at 07.00 so ask for a room on the second floor. Excellent breakfast service and excellent service at their outdoor restaurant on the quayside. But if, like us, you're used to getting your seafood from the Atlantic or the North Sea then Meditterranian sea food is sadly lacking and the pretentious menu only offered 4 lamb chops as an alternative. A grilled steak in that environment would have made all the difference.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights. We booked a double room with sea view, looked out over the really pretty Marina. There was a balcony but it was very small and only room for one person to sit so we couldn't really use it. The room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Sockets were a little odd and wouldn't hold an adaptor plug, the mini fridge in the room kept going off as the plug sagged out of the socket. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant one night too and the food and service was excellent, mainly seafood. Overall we would recommend, good value for money and a great base to explore the area.

An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. The surrounding town was definitely more local (i.e. English speakers might have some difficulty). Dining wise, the restaurant on site is wonderful, but if you want to explore other opportunities most things are a good walk or driving distance away, which was difficult for a member of our party who couldn't walk far. I do believe the town was a bit quieter than it would be in height of tourist season but, I think this was mainly because we went in September and most places were closed for vacation. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the sea views!

Very pleasant, good view, few remarks

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. A few remarks: the hotel is located in La Grazie, with very few restaurants. The one and only place to eat simply is La Marinara which has a waiting of more than an hour sometimes. The pool water temperature was too cold. The hotel does not have parking. One has to pay for parking.

Good hotel but no A/C

Knowing how hot Italy is I picked hotels with A/C. On Hotels.com it shows as having AC but in fact our room didn’t. We only stayed one night but it was very hot and hard to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was good, very clean, nice room, cute spot, helpful staff.

The hotel get long in the tooth. Very tiny rooms, old but big pool and expensive restaurant. It took ages to get the mains. The breakfast was good, and the service attentive, very nice staff. We would not book it again.

Great Hotel, Lousy Manager

Everything was perfect except the check in experience with the manager. We got to the hotel hungry, and before the restuarant closed, but he wouldn't serve us, he said too late, but we saw him serve others later. There was plenty of room. Also, no parking facilities and he wasn't helpful in that either. Great hotel, lousy manager.
