The 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental offers an enclosed yard, private outdoor shower, and beach access. When you’re not fishing or kayaking, dine at one of the local clam shacks, visit the tourist attractions in Newport, or explore a local vineyard. As the night draws near, a glass of wine or ice cold beer while sitting in the yard at dusk is an experience in itself.

A really great, quaint find
Nothing but positives to say about this place. It's a bit smaller than the pictures make it look, but just perfect for a waterfront stay. The property manager was highly communicative, and everything went smoothly. Many little touches, like a gift card for local coffee place and a paddleboard and kayak available for use. The only complaint we had was a bit of bad weather!

4th of July Getaway
Really enjoyed our stay here with my wife, son and his girlfriend. Property is right on the water so the view is really really nice. There is a kayak that we each took out in the water so that was good fun. The property is small but perfect size for 4 people as it has two bedrooms. One room has bunk beds and the other has a standard big bed - can’t remember if it was King or queen. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer so we used that which cut down on packing. There was also a couple of folding chairs that we used to go see a 4th of July parade. The kitchen was nice. We didn’t really cook but used dishes for breakfast and lunch. There is a microwave. Nice TV in the living room with lots of channels. Wifi worked great. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Really nice place. I would definitely consider renting agin if we come back to this area.

A great spot for two or four. Nice property and great view. The thriving tree house coffee is a must go. The muffins are excellent and the sitting lawns are charming. Also go visit the Little Compton beach.

Relaxing Waterfront Stay
We stayed 2 nights in June, and we wish our vacation schedule had allowed for longer! The views are gorgeous. The cottage is small, but well equipped, very comfortable, well decorated, and was perfect for the four of us! My son really enjoyed using the paddleboard, and we all enjoyed watching the ospreys dive for fish. Sachuest Point nearby had some great hiking trails and lovely beach! Highly recommend!

Beautiful views in Portsmouth
We had a great stay at this cute beach cottage. The views are fabulous, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are steps down to a rocky beach- this area is great for sea glass and rock hunting! Though small, the house was perfect for our family of 3. Beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure, and everything was clean. The kitchen is small, but well stocked. We heard from both the owner and Evolve, so had no worries about who to contact if there were problems (we had no problems). The wifi isn't amazing, so it might be hard to work from this cottage if that is what you are looking for. It did not bother us at all! Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the kayak and paddleboard as well as the outdoor shower!

Wonderful, quiet New Years and lots of birds.
This was a great place to spend a quiet long weekend. The cabin is exactly as it looks online. The bed and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The views of the river from the cabin are great and if you are a birdwatcher in search of winter ducks it is perfect, saw 26 bird species from the property including a Dovekie! It is close to National Wildlife refuges and an easy drive to Newport. There is a lovely grocery store 5 minutes away. The owner sent us a couple texts and was very nice. Definitely a place we would love to return to.

Comfort and relaxation
The theme of our brief stay was to relax and catch our breath after a summer filled with basketball competitions. The view is spectacular and the house does a great job of providing comfortable seating and bedding. Whether outside or in, there’s a perfect place to chill. Loved the outdoor shower, swimming in the river and painting beach rocks. Thank you for renting such a wonderful little place. Our teenage girls loved as much as we did. Easy drive to anywhere. Loved it!

Beautiful river waterfront cabin
The waterfront cabin was exactly as described with lots of charm and style. The view was incredible and location was perfect for sight seeing around Rhode Island. We found excellent dining at nearby Fieldstones-where the locals go. The quiet Portsmouth neighborhood was so different from the crowded busy town of Newport and was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. We would love the opportunity to return during the summer and use the kayaks (we visited in November).

This property is absolutely charming! Cozy, comfortable, well appointed - with an amazing wall of windows to watch the sun rise over the water. I LOVED the big comfy chair facing the window, and the view, and spent some quiet time in the morning drinking coffee, reading, and taking in the view before we started our day.

Amazing Visit
This was another great vrbo experience. The cottage was perfect for 2 people, decorated so beautifully and so comfortable. The view of the river is amazing. We were there in October but I'm sure a summer stay would be wonderful also. Henry, the owner, was very accessible for any questions and texted me to welcome us. The kitchen is well equipped and though the square footage may seem small, it was very roomy. Very easy access to Newport but you do need a car. This cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood and driving back and forth was a short 15 minute trip. We throughly enjoyed our stay and if we come back to RI, we will stay again.

Serene, Clean, and Comfortable
This waterfront cottage is a gem. We are birders who were looking for easy access to wildlife refuges, sanctuaries and trails and this was the perfect spot. After a full day in the great outdoors we barbecued fresh fish on the outdoor grill and watched the sailboats from the patio. The host was super helpful and we would definitely return again.
