“Good breakfast. Room smelled musty. Appeared clean.”

“I stayed at the same property 10-15 years ago. I should have known better than to give them another try. The pictures on the website told a much different story than the actual conditions of the property. When I walked into the lobby, it smelled of smoke and felt dirty. When I got to my room it smelled of vomit! The furniture had tears and stains all over. The floor looked dirty and felt sticky. I didn’t even set my luggage down. I returned my keys to the counter. When I told the person……

“This is nice property located in the middle of park, very nice, maintained. Very quiet environment, restaurant ( Angler’s Cove on first floor) is awesome, limited menu but good tasty food. Rooms are little small and view is not great as expected from balcony. I thought i will be seeing lake but i saw only trees and hardly any lake. But it was quiet and relaxing to sit sipping coffee. Not too many things to do around here other than fishing and boating. Good relaxing trip”

But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”
