「Excellent Hotel. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. The standard double room is much bigger than what I have experienced elsewhere. Room has exceeded my expectations totally with a microwave and coffee machine as well as a kettle.
Check in and out fast and efficient. Only downside was the noise of the trains rolling past.
I will definitely return. 」

「The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.」
