Great service and excellent spa

Great service, requested early check-in due to a wedding we were attending. That was handled professionally by the employees. Then after check out, we were still allowed to use the spa which was a true saviour. Overall great experience!

Great stay at a lovely hotel. We stayed for one night with two children and could not fault the hotel - the room was spacious, the spa was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. We can’t wait to come back again!

This is a dream hotel, no question. The best breakfast, excellent dinner, peaceful surroundings, gorgeous water circuit, professional massage, and kind service. And the shop has beautiful things at reasonable prices. Fantastic!

An incredible location. The grounds are park like with roses, walking paths, and lake front. The room is outdated but was not too bad. I would stay again. The saunas pool And jacuzzis were incredible. Included breakfast was the absolute best.

Beautiful milieu, nice and quiet, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Good, reasonably priced food and munchies (in the spa bar/restaurant). The spa area was also clean and nice but a tad small compared to the amount of people there, though I cannot say if everyone was there at their own designated time or not. But I will likely go again. A large plus was that it was possible to get a room with a jacuzzi <3

Thy Spa and the Gym are great. So is the breakfast. Though the closing hour at evening time of both Spa and Gym is a bit early. We also had a lovely evening dinner and all compliments to the turkish waiter (sorry forgot his name) who really went the extra mile to entertain us with his services.

Comments and complains

Very clean room and spa but some lack of service from the staff in the manor restaurant. Some in the Staff served food and drinks from wrong side of the guest. One in the staff also poured wine from one bottle to Another in front of guests. Guests at breakfast shouldn’t be allowed to wear shorts, training clothes etc. A guest even had her hair curlers on in the restaurant . Please use the bar in the spa area to serve breakfast for clients in training clothes etc. We visited the manor restaurant back in 2003 and then service was super and staff weared beautiful uniforms .

Slightly dissapointed

To be honest pictures are misleading. We were quite disappointed in the Menu of the place - very expensive for not much substance. The surrounding area is beautiful. Everything was otherwise good, appliances are outdated and you could see this during the breakfast + in the rooms (especially bathrooms). Highlight for us was the staff who was very lovely and accommodating. It is expensive when you think about what you receive.

Even Years In Great Surroundings

Well, the "great surroundings" covers it all: hotel, the room, the villas and parks with their high old trees, not forgetting history or interior decorations. We enjoyed it all, including the spa facilities. Efforts made toward special characteristics for the cuisine, happily preserved however with a general traditional line. Nothing missing in the wine cellar. (You asked about the cleaning: it was next to perfect not only in the room but in the hotel and restaurant as well: 4 stars.).
