This recently-built holiday villa sits in a splendid 6,000-sq-mt plot overlooking the Park of La Sierrezuela. The nature surrounding the house allows you to relax and make the most of your family’s company in an unbeatable environment.

The villa’s main room is a spacious dining-living area with a stone fireplace, warm/cool air-con, and a table where the whole party can sit and have mouth-watering meals; on the other side of the room, a fully-equipped galley corner lets you cook those meals. The rest of the house is occupied by four bedrooms, where the 12 guests can regain their strengths, and two bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and one single bed each; the third bedroom features two double bed, and in the fourth bedroom, you will find one 150-cm bed.

The lush vegetation that envelops the property is characterised by holm oaks, olive trees and mastics. You can enjoy them from the partially-glazed veranda, where an outdoor dining area and a chill-out area, as well as a grill, are located. The rest of the outdoors welcomes a fenced, massive private pool with a pergola and sun loungers. The poolside grassed area is the finishing touch you didn’t know you needed.

The access to the villa is possible via a 2 km paved lane.
