“Perfection at every level!
I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time.
The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room.
The pool and gym were nice.
The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. Always smiling and going the extra mile.
We took 2 private tours from the hotel. Reasonably priced. We……

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze. ”

“I was not inconvenienced by booking 2 separate reservations and I did not need to move.
I am VIP at Expedia.
So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade.
One reservation, I did get a room upgrade.
Best of all worlds would have been to
Received all room upgrades plus
No need to move from the best room.
So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation.
Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this……
