「Main thing was accuraye description of unit and great location, close to all amenities」

「Good staff」

「Everything was wonderful」

「Exceptional location with Copacabana and Ipanema beaches within a short walking distance. Surrounding area is safe to walk in the evenings as well. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Room was quiet, spacious with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Hotel staff is courteous. Breakfast staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast was elaborate with varieties of breakfast items. Would strongly recommend considering staying at this hotel, when in Rio.」

「酒店附近有巴士站，超市；早餐還可以，餐廳的晚餐也不錯；毛巾比較舊，梳洗用品缺乏。」

「Starting with the great location, which gives you easy access to restaurants and beaches in Ipanema and Copacabana. Also, the attention and communication from the host were awesome. And of course, the room was amazing, spotless, and exactly as shown in the pictures, with clean, comfy beds and bathrooms. The only deal-breaker for me was the stairs that take me to my room on the 3rd floor, but I wouldn’t doubt staying here again for sure.」

「Ok」

「Very well located!」

「My wife stayed here for her stay in Rio de Janeiro. She liked the place, but she thought it wasn’t her style. It seemed like a bunch of young people trying to hook up. The staff was trying to charge my wife extra money being that she’s Brazilian and I’m American. I had paid with my card with US dollars, they were saying that she owed the place 65 reals when I had already paid everything in full. I’m not sure if they try to do this with all foreigners, but that’s what happened. The positives are...

「I liked that the lobby in itself looked like a bar and lounge. If your going to have containers that say shampoo, conditioner, and soap at least have those things in the shower」

「Did not like the fact that I sent an email explaining that my flight was cancel 18 hours prior to schedule arrival to the hotel. However, I was still charge for that day and was told to take it up with the airline. Upon entering the room it was not service. The bathroom was not cleaning, the soap dishes and commode were dirty. The green blanket on the bed was also dirty. However, my second night in the room the blanket was removed and replace with a clean one.」
