“in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous
trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc!
however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i
also tried to call a dozen times to no response!

“mi è stata "assegnata" questa struttura,, in quanto quella da me prenotata era chiusa, ma l'indirizzo è stato comunicato all'ultimo momento ed era a 55 minuti i macchina, quindi non idonea. Ho chiesto un riscontro e magari un parziale rimborso NON HO MAI AVUTO NEMMENO UNA RISPOSTA”
