Highly recommend chalet Hilaritas. From the moment we arrived, check in was clear and chalet was clean and absolutely stunning. We were 8 girls and were more than comfortable in the space. Spa, pool and outdoor set-up were great! I would return!!

Great Experience

Our stay at this cottage was truly wonderful, and we highly recommend it to others. The only suggestion we have is for the owner to consider changing the WiFi provider to enhance internet access for everyone in the cottage.

Superb location for skiing

Overall, the house was spacious, well equipped and nicely appointed. We are 7 people, intergenerational, and we had ample space for ourselves and our things. My kids loved the twin bunk bed room with the queen size bed. The location was perfect for access to Mansonville and specifically Owls Head Ski resort. The house was well stocked in some areas, but not in others. Best to double check before packing!

Wonderful experience

Beautiful new modern lodge in tranquil winter wonderland with amazing facilities. Kids loved the toboggan hills out front door, hot tub, sauna with window in forest. Close to great family ski hills. Had one issue with spa pump but owner sent a pool tech who addressed. Merci!

Amazing experience

This is one of loveliest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Impeccably furnished, all amenities provided- it’s like a personal resort retreat. Very private. It is remote (bring cash!), and about 40 min to a larger city with restaurants, banks, etc. But you could stock up and easily spend a few days simply enjoying the property and have a nice vacation. Highly recommended.

Great Space but come Prepared

This is a beautiful home with good location to the lake and Owls Head! They mean what they say with one towel per person. Bring extras if you plan to use the hot tub/sauna or plan to do laundry. Dish towels would be helpful to bring as well. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa and the mattress was stained. We were there for a short time so were able to make do with what we brought. Overall a good experience and would stay there again!

Amazing Place With One Big Easy to fix flaw

This place is a diamond find, it's new and modern with amazing architecture. It has a pool, hot tub, sauna and fire place pit outside. They even had fire wood and basic toiletries by our stay. The big issue we had was the lack of control over the thermostat. We saw this in a review right before our stay and emailed a request for 20/21C degrees prior to our 3 day stay, however the temp was set at a solid 23 degree C the entire time, we reached out to management every day but nothing was changed.

Beautiful House in the woods!

Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Loved the sauna and hot tub. Hard to get to in the winter conditions. No lights were on when we arrived and in harsh snow conditions, and in the dark , we had a hard time locating the key box and entrance to the house. A porch light would have helped a lot during check in. Wish we had better communication with the host. Lost internet for 3 days. Alarm kept going off and we could not get clear instructions on how to turn it off for few nights. But the host did make it right by providing a small reimbursement.

À notre arrivé un détecteur de fumée fesait bip bip à toute les 20 seconde. Nous avons appelé pour que quelqu’un viennent le remplacer car il était à 15 pieds de hauteur et aucun escabeau pour y accéder. Après plusieurs appels, une personne nous a contacté mais ne pouvait venir avant le lendemain. Alors nous n’avons pas bien dormi de la nuit du au bop constant. Ils sont venus le réparer en notre absence le lendemain. Le chalet est perdu dans le bois est beau et confortable. Il manquait des produits pour le bain tourbillon alors on a pas pu l’utiliser comme on voulait.si vous aimez être tranquille dans le fond des bois c’est très agréable mais arriver le soir est une aventure. Vous ne pouvez arriver avant 17h 00 à moins de payer un supplément même s’il y a personne avant. Il aurait dû au moins envoyer une personne pour vérifier le chalet pour être certain que tout était correct avant notre arrivée car le séjour était vraiment moins agréable. Malgré un foyer et une place pour un feu à l’extérieur disponible il n’y avait aucune bûche et des allumettes pour faire un feu.

Nous avons apprécier l'endroit et les commodités de la place. Toutefois, un manque de propreté dans la piscine, le spa et quelque endroit dans la maison. Sinon, belle endroit pour une gang. Le divan lit, serait peut-être un élément a changer pour offrir de la qualité a des adultes, ainsi que le matelas de la chambre des maitres...un peu mou a notre gout. Un autre élément, les gens d’entretien on passé pendant notre séjour (piscine et pelouse)... un petit manque.

Magnifique mais peu pratique

Chalet magnifique, mais peu pratique. Peut accueillir 10 personnes, mais pas la table. Aucun crochet pour les serviettes. Rien pour récurer la vaisselle. Nappe ronde, alors que la table est rectangulaire.

Pour un séjour complètement dans la nature

Magnifique chalet très moderne, isolé dans un bois, on a eu droit au chant des coyotes la nuit. La piscine n’était pas ouverte lors de notre séjour, mais dans le secteur, c’est un des rares chalet qui en a une. La chambre des maîtres au 2e avec sa salle de bain et son patio privée est isolée des autres chambres. Très bel endroit. On s’y réunissait pour notre 50e anniversaire de mariage, avec enfants et petits-enfants, nous étions 9 personnes.

Superbe chalet avec quelques bémols

Très beau chalet avec une finition remarquable. Grand confort et très bien équipé. Avoir un chalet pour moi, il serait comme ceci!!! À rectifier: chaleur non contrôlée, 26 ou 27 degrés, ce n’est pas du tout confortable. Après 20 minutes, le spa cesse de fonctionner…, tenter de joindre Hebergia mais pas de retour. Un lit qui craque et le banc de la table à manger très dangereux car il verse. Ces observations sont d’ailleurs toutes inscrites dans le livre d’invités du chalet depuis 2 ans, ça ne semble forcément pas une priorité à régler!! Le pire, c’était la qualité du chemin de terre (10 km…) de la ville de Potton à l’arrivée et surtout au départ, avec le dégel, il est tout brisé et j’ai à plusieurs fois accroché le dessous de ma voiture (note, celui du chalet était parfait)

Superbe place!

C'est Limite pour 10 personne je dirai plus pour 8. Les femmes on gelée tout le weekend, les thermostat sont barré et il fesait 17 degré dans la salle de bain. Les planchers sont supposés être chauffant mais cela ne fonctionnait pas, emmener vous du linge chaud!!!
