Charming house in the center of the village of Pouilly sur Loire, in the heart of the vineyards of Pouilly Fumé and close to the vineyards of Sancerre. This house close to all shops, but in a perfectly quiet street, enjoys all modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 12 people, and a games room with billiards and various games.
Many hikes, on foot or by bike, are offered in the vineyards or in the nature reserve along the Loire. There are also water activities (fishing, canoeing), and of course the unmissable cellar visits with tastings of local wines.
For lovers of history and old stones, the sites of La Charité sur Loire, Nevers and the castle of Guédelon are nearby.
