"We had a great stay. We were able to bring our extended family together over Christmas in a new place for the first time. We had two dogs with us and they did great. We tried out the hot tub and it was very clean and spacious and enjoyed a drizzly winter night in the hot water under the stars. The main building is vintage farmhouse style, just beautiful, with lots of light coming in from the surrounding hill country forest and vineyards. The main living room has a comfort, warmth, and familiarity to it that made us feel at home. The kitchen was perfect, with all the supplies we needed to make several big meals. Two of the bedrooms are in another building, on the second floor, which also has a game room on the first floor and a living space with fold-out bed, sink, refrigerator and counter space up above. It’s just right for members of the group that need their own privacy and space. The town of Windsor is 8 minutes away, with lots of shopping, grocery stores, and a cool Mexican market where we had a great meal in the attached grill. We had so much fun doing some last-minute Christmas shopping in and around the town square, and even visited the library. So really you have the best of both worlds, small town convenience and rural country-side beauty. Santa Rosa is 20 minutes away if you need more services. All in all it was a wonderful experience for our family. "

The home itself was perfect for our family and the attention to detail really made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean, cozy, well-furnished, and thoughtfully appointed, we had everything we needed! (Even the puzzle we forgot to bring was there on the ottoman should we desire.) We would happily return and hope to do so before too long! "
