The Space:

The comfortable studio flat has an area of 42 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of an atmospheric, renovated building. It has one large room with a double bed, a seating sofa and an armchair. The other room is a kitchen with a dining area and a double sofa bed. The flat has a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen has an induction hob, coffee machine and microwave, as well as all necessary utensils. We offer our guests tea and coffee making facilities, towels, fresh linen and toiletries. All these amenities are of course included in the price. The flat also has a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of Poznań. WIFI access is of course provided, as well as a TV, allowing you to relax in the evening.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in a very attractive location, in the very centre of Poznań. Only 550 m is the distance to one of the most important attractions of the city, the Old Market Square, where the famous Poznań Goats are located. The flat is surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. So there is no shortage of places where you can spend a pleasant time with your family or friends. In the vicinity of the flat there are many tram stops, thanks to which you can get to other parts of the city. The distance to the nearest stop is only 160 m. The Poznań Główny train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes by walking through the atmospheric Karol Marcinkowski Park. There is also a shopping mall 100 metres from the flat, where you can stock up on all your essentials.
