The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. "Stayed four nights. It was a great base camp for exploring the area. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ty room was nice and the balcony was a bonus. Our only complaint is that the bed was hard and the pillows were harder but we ran into that issue all over northern Italy."
