Outstanding service from the Manager, clean rooms and hotel in general, quiet area, the only reason I m not giving it a five stars is because AC in the rooms did not cool enough. Even though it was set to 16 C, it didn’t feel even close to that.

Lovely mini break

Our flight was delayed over night, they responded immediately to our email and were very understanding when we did finally arrive. Although only a small hotel, there was always someone on hand if you needed them. Very pleasant location, very helpful about where to eat and what to see.

Stayed 3N for a family of 4 in a 2BR, both with Air Conditioning. Clean Room and spacious. Coffee maker provided too. Although in Prague 2 however just 7-10mins walk to Old Town / Prague 1. Around 3-5mins walk to train and local bus stops. Safe to walk at night to&from the Hotel. Breakfast included in price. Reception been helpful and attentive to any queries or request. We arrived early than the published check-in time yet they let us in. Special mention to Dominique from reception who catered us during our arrival (15th.March.2026) - we commend your service. You have a good customer service. Keep it up.
