The residence is in a quiet residential area. The tram to the old town and the castle is 500 meters away. Metro 10 minutes walking. The room was very spacious and sparsely furnished. Because of the lack of shutters in our room there was a lot of sunlight in the morning!

The apartment is generally good, spacious and in a satisfying condition. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The downside is that the reception is not in the same building, we had to walk down the street a bit to check-in. Unfortunately the road of this journey is sloped so it was a bit inconvenient, especially we were carrying luggage. Also, when we go back to the apartment every time, we have to ring the reception through the intercom to gain access of the building, which is certainly not a usual and convenient way as we experienced in many previous trips.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good service in a great location. Only observation is ventilation in the room requires attention. There’s only one window that opens partially and there’s no air flow, no A/C or even a ceiling fan. It was uncomfortably hot at night

Super sejour dans cet hotel , dans un quartier calme de prague , mais avec toutes les commodites a cote (bus,tram,metro, supermarche,bar et restaurant).Un accueil souriant a l'arrivee et possibilite de laisser les bagages a l'hotel le matin car arrives avant l'heure, et de meme le jour du depart on garde vos valises.appartement tres spacieux (quasiment 45m2 pour 2 ), taille lit xl et tres bien chauffe en hiver , ce qui est agreable apres une journee froide dehors.pas de bruit dans la rue .proprete de l'appart ok .je recommande cet appart-hotel sans hesiter.

Repetiria si volviese a Praga

El apartahotel esta muy bien situado y comunicado a través de tranvías y metro. En las inmediaciones hay todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes. Es amplio y muy cómodo. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia en familia. Nos llegamos a sentir como en casa. La única recomendación que le haría al propietario es la colocación de cortinas opacas para las personas sensibles a la luz durante el sueño. En Praga amanece muy temprano en verano.

清潔で旧市街のアクセスも便利でお得なホテル

シャワーブースが小さいのと電子レンジがないのを除けばとても清潔で、旧市街にもトラム、メトロですぐに行ける便利なホテルです。 ホテルの周りも静かです綺麗な街でした！

Inexpensive, but good.

A last minute get away to Prague for the weekend. Wanted something inexpensive, but close to central Prague. The hotel/appartments was huge! Clean, but I made the mistake of leaving the window open over night as it was hot and got eaten alive. Recommended.

Excellent hôtel à Prague

Très agréable séjour dans cet appart-hôtel. Une adresse que nous conseillons vivement aux autres voyageurs. Depuis l'hôtel, nous avons pu accéder facilement aux principaux sites de la ville (moins d'une heure à pied) : la vieille ville, le quartier juif, le château royal, la cathédrale Saint Guy, le pont Charles, l'île Kampa, la colline de Pétrin, les quartiers Mala Strana et Nove Mesto... A visiter aussi : l'émouvante crypte et le musée de l'église Saints Cyrille et Méthode (quartier Nove Mesto), haut lieu de la résistance tchèque.

Great Apartment in Prague

We had a 1 bedroom apartment in this building. Seems as though there are actual apartments mixed with some for rent over 4 floors. Besides forgetting to call a cab for us, the 24-hour front desk was helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and quite well-appointed. The only issue is the bed, where you were basically sleeping on a box-spring.
