Historical apartment block. In the district of Malá Strana, in the centre of Praha, in the heart of the city, 500 m from the river. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Short-stay parking zone (fee). Shop 50 m, grocery 200 m, restaurant 10 m, café 50 m, tram "Malostranské náměstí" 200 m, bus stop "Nerudova" 50 m, underground station "Malostranská" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 5 km, sports centre 1.4 km, children's playground 700 m. Nearby attractions: Chrám Sv. Mikuláše 100 m, Hradčany/Pražský Hrad 300 m, Karlův most 600 m, Petřínská rozhledna 1.3 km, Staroměstské nám. Orloj 1.5 km, Václavské nám. 2 km, Vyšehrad 4 km, Zoo 5 km, Karlštejn 35 km, Křivoklát 55 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: voní nádrž Džbán 6 km, Hostivařská přehrada 13 km, Velká Amerika 35 km. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV and flat screen. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer) with small bar. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 - 200 cm, each room with 2 beds. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families apartment street side. Fire extinguisher, no lift.

Descriptif : Au troisième étage : un balcon où on peut mettre une chaise ; une petite salle de bain fonctionnelle ; une petite pièce avec une table et un coin cuisine ; une belle chambre ; une petite salle à manger/salon avec des meubles rétros. Au quatrième étage : deux petites chambres sous les combles.Les plus : Très bel emplacement, rue Nerudova, à 7 minutes du Pont Charles et du Château ; Bonne communication avec Ondrei Moravec, accueillant, ponctuel, qui monte la valise; Appartement propre ; Cuisine bien équipée ; Machine à laver et réfrigérateur neufs ; Wifi Top ; Beaux géraniums sur le balcon ; Markets ; beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.Les moins : 3e étage sans ascenseur ; Pas de climatisation ; Superficie de l’appartement ne semble pas correspondre au descriptif (97m2) ; Appartement bas de plafond (ne pas faire plus de 1m80) ; Mobilier de bric et brac ; Escalier pour monter dans la seconde chambre dangereux et pas fonctionnel ; Électricité défaillante dans la grande chambre et dans le couloir ; Pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas ; Draps avec trous ; Balcon avec odeurs fortes dues à la cuisine du restaurant du rez-de-chaussée ; Consommateurs de bières à l’entrée de l’immeuble.En résumé : 195 euros par nuit pour 4 personnes, cela reste cher vu l’état ancien de cet appartement de rapport qui mériterait d’être revu.

Fantastic location- 3 story walk -up but owner helped with the heaviest luggage! Bialetti coffee maker. Comfortable, two great restaurants two doors away. Quiet when windows closed. We loved our stay.

Eine noch bessere Lage gibt es nicht

Die Wohnung ist einfach, sber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer sticht da etwas heraus mit seinem Mobiliar. Die Küche/der Essbereich ist aus unserer Sicht das Kernstück. Hier lässt es sich gemütlich essen und quatschen. Die Lage der Wohnung könnte idealer nicht sein. 10 Minuten bis zur Karlsbrücke, oder rauf zum Haradchin. Der Gastgeber war super höflich und zuvorkommend. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, alles völlig unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, die Betten nicht wirklich komfortabel, aber für fünf Nächte ging es. Die Lage ist fantastisch, mitten in der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
