整體來說，交通便利、房價便宜、早餐豐盛，雖然房間稍嫌擁擠，但已經很滿意了
飯店門口就是巴士和電車站，交通方便。進入飯店需要按門鈴，由管理人員開門，服務人員給了兩把鑰匙，很熱心的解說，進入房間需要經過兩道門。 門禁管理嚴格，住宿安全。 自助式早餐很豐盛，住宿價格便宜，CP值高。

Not bad
The breakfast is good, there is quite a lot of choices. However, the wifi in the room is really hard to connect, probably because our room is at the very end of the flat.

The room was a little shabby, but it was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was nice and the location was close to a tram stop. Charge my credit card full price before I arraived although the booking details said I hadn't had to pay first.

Da jeg kom til Prag tjekkede jeg ind på hotellet. Fik mit værelse tjekkede det ud og alt så fint og rent ud. Men da jeg stod op om morgenen dagen efter svedte jeg som en gris, jeg fandt derefter ud af at radiatoren på værelset ikke kunne reguleres, da der manglede en regulator. Samt at jeg kunne høre og mærke at den kørte på fuld knald døgnet rundt. Så jeg måtte sove med åbent vindue resten af mit ophold selvom jeg bedte om at få skruet ned i receptionen. Og da jeg skulle hjem råbte personalet af hinanden, hvilket var ubehagelig og ikke særligt gæstfrit. Jeg booker ikke her igen, vil personligt prøve at finde noget andet.

A képeken nem az volt, amit kaptunk. A képeken fürdőkád, zuhanyzó található. A fürdőkád nem volt, a zuhanyzó a szobában volt, de nem folyt le a víz. A wc közös volt. A falak gipszkartonból voltak, így mindent hallottunk, ami a szomszédban történt. A kiszolgáló nem ismert meg bennünket, ha visszamentünk a szállásra, lehet be volt tépve. Plusz kb 15.000.-Ft-tal többet kértek mint ami a foglalásban volt, valami kauciónak, amit majd visszautalnak, azóta utalják. A reggeli az jó volt.

Main problem is the night staff. Inner doors are locked, and when they cannot be opened at late hours, he gets extremely agitated and yells in Czech language. It is a dad-son operation, and completely unprofessional and unfit for hospitality business. DO NOT GO HERE.

Rude, Scam, Bare Minimum
Hotel can be entered only by being buzzed in. Seemingly not wheelchair accessible. They overcharged, staff didn't give us the bill, and were rude when asked for the bill. I suspect they mostly didn't return the key deposit, as many other reviews here claim. Afterwards, when sent an email inquiring about the price difference (reservation was made by hotels.com, which shows the price), a month later the hotel still did not answer. Breakfast included - good enough to not be hungry, coffee limited to 1 per person. Rooms worn down, shared bathrooms. Location fairly good - between multiple bus-and-metro stops. If you avoid need a place to stay for cheap, this is an option, but be wary. I will not be coming back.

A fuir ! Demandent une caution pour les clés de la chambre et ne la remboursent pas à la fin du séjour, prétextant un remboursement automatique, faux bien entendu ! Aucune réponse par mail, au téléphone, ils ne parlent que tchèque, alors qu'ils parlaient anglais pour la réservation ou informations ! (c'est la même voix reconnue au téléphone).

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Aber der Aufgang von der Straße zur Rezeption im 1. Stock über eine steile dunkle Treppe ohne Geländer war ziemlich beschwerlich besonders für meinen 92. Vater. Dann wurde uns der Hintereingang empfohlen, wo der Fahrstuhl im Untergeschoss hält und eine relativ kurze Treppe nach oben führt.

Een oud studentenkot gerund door een sluwe eigenaar die studenten zijn bedrijf laat runnen. Deze locatie is het woord hotel, pension niet waard. Een armzalig ontbijt was inbegrepen, we namen zelf levensmiddelen mee om het wat op te fleuren. De verplichte borg voor de sleutels (?) hebben we tot op heden niet terugontvangen ondanks 2 telefoontjes waarin we dit hebben verzocht. Het enige positieve is de locatie vlakbij het oude centrum gelegen. Ons advies: niet doen!

Thank you for the review and for the feedback. While the layout of the hallway is not a straight corridor, it is just one way hall shaped as a letter C. One can not get lost there. There are still plans of the floor on the walls and it is good to know we should make them better visible. Best regards

Extrem unfreundliches Personal, für Radfahrer und Kinder quasi ungeeignet. Gut war, dass es bei uns auf dem Flur zwei Gemeinschaftsräume gab: Einen mit Esstisch, einen mit Sofa. Dazu ein Raum mit Spüle und von allen Gästen benutzbarem Kühlschrank.

Diese Hotel ist nicht mal ein halben Stern wert 👎
Das war bis jetzt mein schlechtestes Hotel ,wenn man das überhaupt Hotel noch nennen kann ? Da ist ja eine Pansion noch besser ! Ab 22:00 Uhr Party bis früh 4:00 Uhr absolut keine Ruhe ! Die Einrichtung war sehr alt ! Betten hat man die Federn gemeckt! Wo ich das Zimmer gesehen habe, war ich echt sehr sehr enttäuscht ,wäre am liebsten gleich wieder abgereist ! Das Personal kann absolut kein Deutsch ! Alles in allen ein sehr schlechtes Hotel , viel zu teuer Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Was gut war war die Lage !

This place is super close to the city center but next time I wouldn’t book this hotel only for location. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Bathroom? What is it? It looks like an old Soviet restroom. Shower in the room? Oh no! It’s so humid after all. Yes, it’s really cheap for Prague. But if you like at least a bit of comfort I wouldn’t recommend it.

Helt okej hotel MEN loppor i sängen!!!
Bra lägge, helt ok frukost, billigt. Luktade ciggaretrök på toaletterna och de anmällna utrymmerna. Den största nackedelen var de flertalet loppor som fanns i sängen, vilket var mycket obehagligt.

Ligging was prima, ontbijt was minimaal. Veel geluid van buitenaf. Parkeren duur ( € 20 per dag) voor wat je krijgt (je moet door een poortje waar je alleen nét doorheen kan als je de spiegels maximaal inklapt! en je houd een centimetertje over..). Wifi is slecht. De "jongere" sprak engels. Kamer wordt NIET schoongemaakt gedurede onze 4 dagen. Handdoeken moet je vragen. Keuken is schoon en de koelkast ook. Halletje kan je zitten en wat lezen. We hadden een doushe op de kamer maar geen wasbak... Algeheel: voldoende maar meer niet.

Hard to communicate in English and once I was told to speak Czech. Very rude. Every time we had to ring a bell to entet the hotel and waited 30 minutes once because there was nobody. Breakfast was very poor having fruit and food quality was very poor. There were 3 dogs barking loud in the office. We had to share washroom with other guests.

This hotel is a hostel next to a dance club; I was given the whole room with about 10 bunk beds; they saw I arrived with my family which are 3 young children. There was loud music all night of course and you could feel the music beat on the beds... I left the next morning and asked for a refund but the man who pretended not to speak English made me come back 3 times! To find someone to translate, at the end it was him who ended up giving in and gave me the money back but not for the horrible night my husband and I had. My visit to Prague was horrible because I was tired the next day and i only visited those couple of days.

Loud music...
If you like to hear loud music playing until 5am, then this is the place for you! It started off oddly because we were booked for this hotel but then after walking up a flight of stairs with our luggage they then took us to the hotel behind that hotel and we had to register again. The room we were supposed to get had two doubles and one single bed but we got two singles and a bunk bed. The beds were old and I felt as if I was going to touch the ground it sagged so much. The hotel was actually opera hotel. The room was about the size of a walk in closet. I was just thankful we had our own toilet in the room! Many rooms don’t. The bathroom and toilet were clean. The bedding was very odd but clean. The free breakfast was odd because I had to fight to receive it a bit. It was okay with yogurt, pastries, eggs, coffee, etc. Not bad. The biggest problem was the size of the room for what I paid. I paid half of the price for a two bedroom apartment hotel just a little bit further out of town. Well the music was bad too and my children couldn’t sleep so we were all so exhausted the next day. I would not stay here again. Please note we stayed here on a Saturday night, I don’t know how it would’ve been on other nights.

Jedním slovem " HRUZA " V hostelu bylo čistěji, protože jsme byli v hostelu a to bylo o proti tomuto luxus a to za menší peníze, za tyto peníze v jiném hotelu bych měl alespoň čisto, WC a oddělenou sprchu od ložnice, toto bylo nejhorší ubytování bez WC, které jsem měl v Praze. Jedinné co bylo pozitivní, blizkost centra, ale na štestí jsme tam byli jednu noc, víc nocí bych asi nedal!!!! Děkuji, ale snad tato zkušenost byla poslední a doufám, že takových hotelů není v Praze více.

Terrible "hotel". This is pension!!! The shower is inside of the room without any type of privacy. The toilet is outside, shared with a lot of other "rooms". Bed is uncomfortable and sheets was new when the name of the coutry eas Yogoslavia. I only stayed less than 30 mins. Enough time to fine a better and real hotel.

A 20 min a piedi dal centro, il tram di fronte al edificio per andare al castello. Non cera il bagno in camera solo la doccia. In appartamento però sono 4 bagni. La colazione buona. Se parliamo di qualità prezzo era ottimo per chi voleva spendere poco. Unico punto negativo il letto. Materassi da cambiare perché troppo duro.

Günstiges Hotel im Zentrum mit wenig Service
Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist im Vergleich sehr günstig. Wer hier wirklich nur schlafen will, der ist hier richtig. Service sucht man vergeblich, das Frühstücksbuffett ist „naja“. Parken ist hier sehr teuer, wir sind mit P+R für weniger als einen Euro angereist - anstatt der 18 Euro fürs Parken.

There's 2 dogs in the reception/breakfast area who keeps barking and very unsafe if you've got kids with you.Hoping that the owner will take out the dog on that area during day time.Also there's no keys provided to guest when entering to the main hotel.You have to buzz everytime you get into the hotel.Very inconvenient to the guest.
