This was a truly lovely hotel. The staff was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. It's centrally located and walkable to so many things, as well as very close to trams and such. The rooms are spacious, the housekeeping is consistent and above and beyond and it was a nice quiet retreat from a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were very helpful, giving good advices about the city. The location is convenient to other attractions, with the tram stop right outside. The front desk tried their best to upgrade our room. The breakfast was delicious. A famous restaurant is attached to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel is centrally located. The staff is both friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of selections. I highly recommend the hotel when visiting Prague.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The A/C in the room is excellent.. very cold especially when it was 38/39c outside. The Room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive and kept the room immaculate. Breakfast was good but needs work to keep up with the rest of the hotel standards.
