Great stay! It was clean, the staff were exceptional, and the accommodation was good. I would recommend staying here. It was very close to the tram so you were able to go anywhere in Prague from there.

We booked the room without special request; at checkin we asked for courtyard view for the quietness; the front desk accommodated our needs. He also gave us clear directions for currency exchanges and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was well kept and in excellent condition ! It is very quiet ! The staff was very helpful in all aspects ! The location was best of all ! Good shopping and restaurants nearby ! The local tram takes you wherever you want to go ! If you see 65 or older the tram is free !

Pros:nice quiet area, they have a suite with a kitchen and stove . Check in was easy. Nice clean place.20 minute walk to old city. Restaurants near by tram 5 minute walk. So everything is close but away from the noise. Would recommend for sure . Cons: no air conditioning though in October with windows open was good. Pillows were not nice. No water bottles. Towels limited unless you pay.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We booked a superior suite and had a room on the top floor. We were at the back of the building so it was lovely and quiet at night. The hotel is an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle of old town, but within walking distance. Also very close to tram stations and the main train station. The room was clean, though the dishes provided weren't totally clean, but this wasn't a big deal as there was washing up liquid provided. My only comment would be that I think the hotel should specify what is included in the different rooms - junior, superior and deluxe suites. As it is rather vague, and it's hard to know if you've been given the right room. We thought we would have a balcony from the photos, but this wasn't the case.

The key system was terrible. I downloaded app and sent my phone number but it never worked. We arrived late and had a hard time to get inside. They should have another way to send a guest the code such as email.

While the property and the management are excellent, we arrived late and had a very difficult time finding the property. There were no lights on the small sign on the building and we walked past it several times since we couldn’t read their street signs. The building was very dark and we had no idea it was even a hotel, we thought it was a closed business. The number on the building did not match the number on the reservation. . The building is secure, but once again the lights don’t come on or stay on long enough to determine where you are going.

It took me about an hour to get in the room with this mobile phone application. Never again I will rent a room that does not have a real key. Imagine you lose your phone or you run out of power. Well, you will have to sleep on the sidewalk as the office is closed after 16:00. The smoke detector is flashing every 30 seconds with strong red led lights. Good luck to have a peaceful night of sleep. Otherwise clean and nice.
