noisy hotel, and parking is not free as show
The soundproof of the room is terrible. You can hear anything from your neighbor rooms, even just a talking voice. And according to the page, parking is free, but actually it's only free for 2 hours, that's deception.

舒適且離機場近
飯店與房間皆很乾淨，櫃台與工作人員服務態度亦佳且親切，飯店及房間內設施亦完善，很舒適的感覺，飯店離機場近，步行僅十餘分，飯店亦提供免費機場接送，由於搭早班機，故此飯店是極佳之選擇

饭店离机场走路不远可到，楼下还有台换钱汇率不错的机器可以建议下机来换，房间还算大，但除了沐浴乳及洗发乳，其他像拖鞋、牙刷、刮胡刀等等常态备品都没有喔，有点不太像饭店。

Really bad experience
We chose this hotel because it is close to the airport for our early flight on the next day and it is mentioned that the hotel will offer non-stop free shuttle bus within the airport area. We have sent an email to them by 3 times to request the shuttle bus service a week before our trip and we got NO reply from them. When we arrived at the airport, we need to ask the staff who work in the airport information centre to call the hotel to request the service and they asked us to wait for 5 minutes. Unfortunately we had to wait for the shuttle bus for over 20 minutes with the pouring rain and the staff attitude was really bad. When we check in, we also mentioned that we had early morning flight on the next day so we would like them to reserve a shuttle bus for us, and the front desk staff said there was no need to reserve it because it just requires 5 minute-drive from hotel to airport and the shuttle bus is always there. However, when we check out on the next day and request the shuttle bus to the airport, the staff said the shuttle bus was gone at that moment and don't know what time will be back and they asked us to walk to the airport instead! We are totally disappointed with this service provided by holiday inn.

On arrival at the airport the shuttle quickly arrived and within couple minutes i was at the hotel. The young lady on reception was polite and friendly and gave great advice relating to my onward travel. The room was confortable and the usual refreshments available. The room, reception and the stairway (didnt want to use lift which was available) was clean and light. Overall very good value for money, woukd stay there again.

Zero stars. I booked the room weeks in advance. There was no room available when I showed up at the hotel. They made me move to another hotel. When I asked for compensation, they offered me a drink ticket at the hotel where I wasn't staying. Are you kidding me?!?! If you want your room guaranteed, I suggest you find another place. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

Everything brand new, shuttle every 30 minutes but possible to walk. Some food available 24 hours. Great option if you have an early flight.

Most of the room was totally fine. But the bathroom was very old. The shower was tiny and the bathroom floor was all broken tile that moved as you walked over it.

Nous avons opté pour cet hotel, car à proximité de l'aéroport, notre vol étant a 6h du matin, nous avons opté pour le coté pratique, l'hotel propose un service de navette à 3 euros par personne , trajet hotel terminal 1 et 2 en 3mn. L'hotel est tres propre, bien aménagé. Nous avons diné au restaurant de l'hotel, bon rapport qualité prix
