We ordered a Premium room, but we got a small on the attic. Check in Time was 15.00, but we could not get to our room earlier than 15.30 hrs. Because of Christmas, the hotel was fully booked and a room change was not available. Overall, a fine hotel on walking distance to the Charles bridge, small supermarkets and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at Bookquet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Karolina, who was really lovely at breakfast times. We were upgraded to a junior suite when we arrived, which gave us a lot of space. Prague is a great city with really clean streets and a lovely open feel.
