Welcome to Apartment MIA, a charming and cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Prague's Old Town at Rybná 13. This delightful apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring one inviting bedroom and a convenient sofa bed in the living room. Please note that the apartment is situated on the 6th floor, and the elevator only reaches the 4th floor. After that, there are 25 stairs to climb. Thank you for your understanding.

Max height: 1.9 m

Max load capacity: 2.5t (the load capacity is greater, it can easily be exceeded, however the official load capacity is 2.5t).
NOK 400/day (not valid for stays of more than 1 night).
LPG/CNG hybrid cars are not allowed.
For larger cars, it is necessary to fold down.
The mirrors' motorbikes cannot be parked.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay.
This includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure—your safety during your stay is our priority!

Clean towels (1 large and 1 small per guest) & bedding

Hair & body shampoo and hand soap

Dishwashing detergent, sponge, and paper towel

Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls)

House Rules

Check-in begins at 16:00. Please inform us of your arrival time.

The apartment has a keyless self-check-in system. Instructions will be provided after registration.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.

No parties allowed. Please respect the peace of other residents.

Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00 in accordance with Czech law.

All communication is handled via the booking platform.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow all instructions for trash disposal and proper use of the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of the keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure (keyless system). All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
