- Exclusive offer for rent of modern apartment after 1 + kk reconstruction (hall 1. 4 m2, WC + bathroom with shower 3. 4 m2, living room with kitchen 21. 9 m2 Art Nouveau House also after a complete and demanding reconstruction address directly to the Jiřího z Poděbrad metro line A (about 5min walk) - at Slavíkova 1190/18, Prague 3 - Žižkov. The house is located in the sought after part of Žižkov - on the border of Prague 2 - Vinohrady and Prague 3 - Zizkov. The flat has undergone reconstruction with completion in April 2018. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Very bright and cozy apartment. Parking is possible in a large area of free space. The orientation of the flat is SV. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and a furniture. High quality oak parquet floors on the floor. Quality wooden historic interior doors. Smart TV, free internet.

Great location.
We enjoyed staying at this property. Location was unbeatable. All the stores and restaurants around were great. Property is very well setup and functional.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay…
Great location, close to a huge park, lots of cafes and restaurants. Nice apartment with comfortable bed, adequate kitchen, good shower. We really enjoyed our time in Prague, and this is a great apartment for doing so. Very convenient for access to the metro line that goes straight to the old town.

Studio in Zizkov
The studio in Zizkov is clean and well-equipped in a location very near public transportation and many restuarants and shops. It is the perfect place for one or two people enjoying a stay in Prague. The kitchenette is well equipped for self catering.

Great little apartment!
I loved my stay in this apartment. It was cute, clean, had everything I could have needed for my stay. I realy liked the neighbourhood as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the subway and only a few stops into the heart of the city. Lots of great shops and restaurants just outside the door. Would recommend for sure!

Appartamento luminoso, ben attrezzato e pulito. Letti comodi, acqua calda sempre. Quartiere tranquillo e ben servito a 30 minuti a piedi da piazza San Venceslao. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. 4 piano con ampio ascensore. Consigliato

The location of the apartment was excellent and the common stair and lift were well maintained, however, the apartment itself had not had a deep clean in a long time. The sheet on the bed was threadbare and even had a hole in it and also some very dubious looking brown marks. There were coffee stains and crumbs on the bedside table coaster, the fridge had old bits of butter/milk and crumbs over all the shelves and there was black mould build up around the bathroom sink and shower tray. Also, the crockery and cutlery had not been washed with care before being put away and the hob still had stains from food that had spilled onto it. When I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with kitchen roll it was obvious that the floor was filthy. All in all the whole place had a grubby feel to it. This is such a shame, as if more effort had been made with cleanliness it would have been a very pleasant apartment.
