酒店人員的服務態度非常好，房間有問題都會幫忙解決，但是飯店位置不是這麼的方便，離最近的地鐵有很長一段距離，離舊城區也要30分鐘，對於沒有開車來這邊的我覺得不是這麼方便，而且房間內的吹風機風力超級弱，有吹等於沒吹一樣，洗手台的水槽也像排水不良，都要等很久才會流出去，房間也非常小，行李都無法攤開，飯店週圍也不太熱鬧，沒有什麼吃的店

離地鐵電車近。早餐豐富多變化。惟一美中不足的是，浴室熱水器溫度差大，排水孔容易堵塞，但若跟員工反應，都會很快幫你處理。

Hotel was in a good location- trams, buses and metro were all close by and city centre was in walking distance. Room was spacious with all the basic facilities you need. Mattress on bed was a bit hard for our liking. It was quite noisy at night so we struggled to sleep. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

Ideal for one night stay. Clean, good staff, on time airport shuttle. Everything perfect on hotel site. But on Hotels.com it show me that I was there 14-15.1 in reality it was 15-16.1. I hope my rating will stay as I did it and not move down as day of stay.

They don’t have a lot in the way of amenities or giant rooms but what they do have is something you won’t find anywhere else. Staff that takes care of you and treats you with respect. The staff are what makes this place and I will stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

Rummen och frukost helt okej men saknade lite garderobsutrymme på rummet. Även att där inte fanns något allmänt utrymme på hotellet där man kunde börja eller avsluta dagen med sitt sällskap. Men låg bra både för att ta en längre promenad till de ännu mer centrala delarna eller till en spårvagnshållplats.

Amazing staff, best price/quality/location
Royal Court Hotel is closed so i tried this apartment which is is from the same brand and everything was good. Only the bed was too small and not really comfortable but I got bath in my bathroom and it was very cheap on very good location the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

La camera era ordinata e pulita. I ragazzi alla reception gentili e cortesi, ci hanno aiutato anche per varie informazioni. Riscaldamento forse un pochino troppo alto, ma con il freddo di Praga forse era giusto. Nulla di cui lamentarsi, anzi da tenere conto in un viaggio futuro.

We booked this property for a romantic break for my 40th because of the spa the hotel boasted. I emailed the hotel a week before our arrival to enquire about booking the spa services- I did not receive a reply. On arriving at the hotel we were informed the spa was out of service as it was under construction- this was very upsetting. Not once had Expedia or the hotel got in touch with us prior to the holiday to inform us of this. In fact our confirmation letter from the hotel reminded us to book their spa services. I checked Expedia and the hotels own website whilst we were on holiday at the hotel and again on returning home. The hotel is still being advertised as boasting a spa- not once do any of the sites state that it is actually out of use. Further more reviews elsewhere suggest construction has been underway at this spa hotel for a long time and lots of other travellers have encountered the same problem. Shame on you Expedia and royal court hotel / spa.
