The hotel is very centrally located close to everything. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Pillows are too soft and the bathtub is very high dangerously high to get out when slippery.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and well stocked with fruits , vegetables, different kinds of meats and cheese and lots of cereals. The air conditioning worked well but was not needed much in September. Overall a very comfortable stay.

We had a great experience at the Icon Hotel. The location is excellent, on a quiet side street close to all the major sights, the metro and the tram. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. My only complaint is that the bathroom was poorly designed - the sink is tiny and there's no way to take a shower without getting water everywhere. But that seems typical for European hotels so I would still stay there again and definitely recommend it.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the location is simply as perfect as most of the museum and sights are less than a 20 min walk away. The tram is also about 2 min away if needed and the subway is a 5 min walk.
