"Era nosso último dia em Porto Seguro após ficarmos hospedados nas praias da região. Optamos por dormir na cidade para conhecer o centro histórico e ficar próximo ao aeroporto, já que o avião saída de madrugada. O hotel é um prédio histórico dos anos 1800, com boa localização, próximo ao deck do Gallo e a passarela do álcool. Além de óbvio, ficar a poucos minutos de carro do aeroporto. O quarto era simples, porém a cama era confortável e estava bem limpo, além do atendimento dos funcionários...

"Os funcionários é o que fazem vc não desistir quando chega, acolhem muito bem, mas as instalações são péssimas, goteiras, vazamentos, portas cheias de cupim. Não se iludam com a piscina, pois não tem condições de ser usada. A Rede Andrade arrenda essas espeluncas e não fazem nenhuma manutenção. O barato sai caro. Não deve economizar muito mas suas férias para não se tornar um tormento como foi a estadia nesse hotel. "

"Positives Clean sheets and towels Friendly owner/manager The breakfast was okay Negatives Horrendous smell throughout most of the property and unfortunately in particular in the area our room was in. Our triple room, which we were forced to take due to being a couple travelling with an enfant, only had two small towels. The bed sheets were exactly the size of the beds, so you'd need to be able to play dead while sleeping in order to avoid ending up directly on filthy madresses. The shower water...

"Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back...

"Reservamos de 10 a 14/09.A recepcionista Jaqueline é maravilhosa. Nos encaminhou p quarto próximo à piscina, que fica “isolado”e a 1ª impressão foi simples, c/ estrutura antiga. As fotografias nos sites de reservas ñ condizem c a realidade. 1ª utilização do chuveiro percebi que não tinha caída para ralo. Quando sai do box, água estava escorrendo p quarto e p/ porta de entrada/saida. Falamos c/ as atendentes e de pronto nos mudaram. Nos alocaram p/os quartos reformados, que a princípio estava ok!...
