We are pleased to provide customized offers for stays of less than 7 days.
Our Flatiron app 2 is composed of a spacious kitchen with a sofa, two bedrooms with either double or single beds, a bathroom, and to make your stay unforgettable, a marvelous terrace with a sea view that extends to infinity, furnished with table and chairs in local ceramic, deck chairs, and an umbrella.
Imagine being able to have breakfast or sip a good wine at sunset.
Our accommodations have been recently renovated, therefore finely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen, in classic style, is equipped with: induction hob, coffee machine (Italian/moka), classic and microwave oven, toaster, fridge, tableware, dishwasher, table, and chairs. In each room, a wall-mounted LCD with satellite TV system plus an air conditioner are installed. The accommodation also features a washing machine, safe, and free Wi-Fi.
No barbecue.
During your stay, we will always be at your complete disposal for any eventuality!
Paid private parking available upon request.
Tourist Tax € 2.50 per person, per day;

Absolute Perfection!
We stayed at Flat Iron for 8 days in late April, 2025. From the time I booked the apartment, Adele and her sisters have been the most responsive, attentive, friendly hosts we have ever experienced in renting vrbo’s! Messages from the USA were addressed quickly by these lovely ladies. The Praino apartment is immaculate, well equipped, and the view is simply the best! We visited Positano and Amalfi which are beautiful, but SO crowded and the traffic is horrific even before high season began. Praino is quiet and peaceful with the same stunning views, plenty of restaurants and markets. We enjoyed visiting the other areas and coming back to the peace and beauty of our gorgeous balcony!Adele and her sisters are like having your own personal travel agent. Prior to coming, Adele suggested and booked numerous things for us: taxi from Naples to the apartment, Capri boat tour, Amalfi boat tour, (both boat tours are a must,) and a private driver from Praiano to Rome at the conclusion of our time there. While in the apartment, we inquired about getting a driver to visit Amalfi and Ravello by land, and Adele set this up for the next day. Fantastic customer service!There is a little grocery store 2 minutes from the apartment, and 3 great restaurants about 5 minutes away. The bus picks up right at the apartment door which we used once for a trip to Positano. We prefer to use taxis and private drivers which are more expensive of course, but they are so reliable and easy.

Perfect place and location
Praiano is the perfect place to center a visit to the Amalfi Coast. Halfway between Positano and Amalfi, it’s convenient to those much busier towns but without the crowds. But it has the same spectacular views and many fine restaurants. The apartment is immaculate, with a lovely patio with astounding views up and down the coast. Adele and her sisters couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. They were able to arrange car service, tours, make restaurant recommendations and otherwise help guide our visit, and had infinite patience when we changed our plans on short notice. Adele even made a special trip to drop off her own iPhone charging pad since I forgot to bring mine. We highly recommend the Flatiron.

Slice of Heaven!
My family just came home from 3 weeks in Italy. We started our vacation with 5 nights at the flatiron app. This was the perfect way to start!! The Sisters treat you like family. They are helpful, so accommodating and just lovely people! The apartment had everything we needed. It was incredibly clean and well equipped and has a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and Praiano. Paola met us at arrival and gave us information on everything from bus schedule which was right outside the door,to restaurants. Adele helped us with any questions or recommendations on the day to day! Thank you so much!They arranged a car for us to and from Naples and a tour to Caprì! They where willing to help with anything we wanted! And graciously! It was so wonderful to have everything so accessible. The bus, grocery store, restaurants and beach. We would HIGHLY Recommend this place and would love to come back agin sometime! Thanks for the Memories Ladies ❤️

Dream vacation in dream location!
If we could give this wonderful VRBO 10 stars we would. We spent 3 weeks in this amazing apartment. For starters I have to mention the 4 sisters who made our stay so enjoyable. Paola met us there when we arrived at 9:30 in the evening and explained everything to us and made the check in so much easier. Adele, who is mostly the contact person with any questions was prompt and replied right away with any questions. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped us organize some tours while in Praiano. The location of the apartment is perfect. The bus to get to beaches, Positano and Amalfi stops right in front of the building. Most of the best restaurants in Praiano are within 5 minutes or less walking distance and the little grocery store is also right there. The apartment is super clean and the absolute HIGHLIGHT of the place is the view from the terrace. IT'S BREATHTAKING. We would highly recommend this wonderful place and we definitely will come back 😊 Thank you again to the 4 sisters for making our vacation a dream vacation.

Beautiful town
The town of Praiano is beautiful with many tremendous restaurants and is far less crowded than Positano & Amalfi. We enjoyed the view from the apt terrace during morning coffee & evening snacks. The bus stop right outside the door was convenient to travel to nearby towns, & the grocery a couple doors away was fantastic. Our hosts were amazing and eager to help with making arrangements, answering our questions, & making suggestions. We followed Adele’s recommendations & were always happy we did!

BEST STAY & HOST IN PRAIANO!
Really one of the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. Every thing was great , the rooms, the incredible view the location of the house (near restaurants , supermarkets And 20 min away from positano and amalfi) and of course Adele (the owner) who did everything possible to make us feel like home (with great success). She is a really outstanding host and an outstanding person/soul !
We would definitely go back next year !

Paradise in Praiano
Staying in Adele’s beautiful apartment with amazing sea views was nothing short of a dream! The amenities are great, the rooms are spacious, and the terrace is simply stunning. The apartment is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, the beach, and has a bus stop right outside the door! It is also within short walking distance of other bus stops! Adele answered our many questions in a timely fashion regarding visiting the entire Amalfi Coast and kindly booked us excursions/tours! Our stay in Praiano was comfortable and memorable, as it has so much to offer! Adele is a warm, communicative, gracious host, and has shown us such wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and we highly recommend staying in one of the Sosòre homes to enjoy the Amalfi Coast!

Great apartment with fabulous views
Adele made us very welcome on arrival and explained everything clearly. The bus stop is right outside which was so handy. Views are fabulous from the balcony. Great shop and restaurant a few steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would recommend the apartment without hesitation. Adele and her family obviously take great pride in their business and it is very much appreciated. To us they are and always will be Italian royalty :)

Most amazing experience
From beginning to end our experience was fantastic. Adele took such great care of me and my family. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing experience in the Amalfi Coast. She made us feel very welcome and like we were part of her extended family. The apartment was beautiful with a view that is just so gorgeous you can't describe. We had everything we needed close grocery store, bar cafe and a bus stop to Positano. The rooms were spacious everything was extremely clean. Above all we really enjoyed it having someone like Adele welcome us to her beautiful country. You will fall in love with this place and with Adele. I hope to come back many times and for a longer time next time.

Outstanding Host and Location
I can not recommend this property more highly. Adele was beyond helpful and extremely responsive. Every time I contacted her she was back with any information we requested. The flat was so handy, outside the front door was the bus stop, a few meters away the supermarket and plenty of restaurants in the area.
The bus to Positano left from outside the door, there was also a local bus that we could catch around town and a path to take us down to the beach. Anywhere along the coast, you must love stairs/hills.
The flat was very comfortable, we stayed as a couple and my brothers family of 3. 5 altogether, with the child sleeping on the fold out couch in the kitchen. All the bedrooms lead out onto a beautiful sunny terrace where we watched the sunrise and some beautiful sunsets.
There was a washing machine and line. This was a god send as we had been travelling for some time and found everything dried quickly.
We were also very glad we stayed out of the hustle and bustle of Positano. It was a relief to get back to our quiet little village.
Couldn’t recommend Adele and the sisters more highly. We will defiantly recommend this flat to any friends traveling to the area and hope we get to travel back here in the future.

Beautiful apartment, very well located. Highly Recommended!
We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The apartment is very clean and modern. It is very well located – steps to a grocery store and also a very good local restaurant which we used for morning cappuccinos and great pizzas. Also a bus stop is right outside the door for getting to other parts of town. The owner Adele was a fantastic host and gave us a very warm welcome. She also took lots of time to tell us about the town and how to get around and helped us organize a boat tour to Capri. Wonderful time.

An amazing Praiano experience!
We had 2 nights at flatiron and wished it was longer. The apartment is fantastic - super clean, really well located and amazing views. Your hosts are the best people in the world. We were a family of 6 and would highly recommend for couples, families and anyone wanting a great Praiano experience. Adele was so helpful - she coordinated a boat trip for us and recommended some amazing restaurants. Suggest you use her recommendations over your own research. The perfect stay.

Mom, why didn't we stay here the whole trip?
This was a trip of a lifetime and our first time to Italy and I was so pleased with the decision to stay in this beautiful apartment. My trip included traveling with my 82 year old mother and two son's in their early 20s. While we had a great experience in Florence and Rome, this Flatiron apartment was amazing. Adele helped us in so many ways in the pre-planning but also when we arrived. She also helped coordinate our wonderful trip to the island of Capri. This included being picked up right outside the front door to go on the wonderful Excursion. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we stayed in two days and enjoyed the property and Cooked our meals and ate them on the wonderful Terrace overlooking the beautiful sea and sunsets. Our forecast of weather leading up to the trip did not look the best with rain in the forecast, but that did not deter from our wonderful memories. While we would get sprinkles for 30 minutes the rest of the day was still beautiful. In fact one night we had lightning in the sky of which I was able to capture some beautiful pictures over the beautiful terranean sea.

Unexpected gem. Exceeded all expectations!
When you walk into this apartment, it will take your breath away. Every room including the kitchen has access to the terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment was a perfect location - beautiful views, close to restaurants, charming local market,transportation, walking paths. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and provided every thing needed. Our host Adele was warm, friendly and so helpful with everything. She treated us like family. It was incredibly hard to leave.

The location was the most easy to get around from (bus stop right outside) and grocery store literally right next door! And the property itself was so clean and beautiful! I cannot wait to get back there!!

Amazing Spot and Amazing host!
Adele was such a wonderful hostess! We want to return in September. May was the perfect time to be here. Perfect weather. The location is great. Right near a grocery. You can walk to town and restaurants. Views are amazing. Avoid the crowds in Positano and stay here. Bus stop is literally outside their door.

A little piece of paradise... seriously
Without a doubt I would recommend anyone travelling to the Amalfi coast to stay in this home. I don't even know where to start.
Our host Adele is one in a million. She assisted in arranging a driver from the train in Naples and was there when we arrived. Amazing. She stayed and toured the home and where everything was (bbq, lounge chair cushions, supplies) explained how to use the the buses both of in town and to the other towns (the bus stop is right outside the entrance of the home), the attractions, which restaurants to go to, how to get to get to the little towns close by.
The view from the deck was just breathtaking. We spent any free time we had on the deck reading, eating lunch... doing yoga. It was an absolute dream to open the beautiful french doors of my bedroom in the morning and walk out to paradise.
The home is fully updated, very clean and quiet while still having the beautiful Italian feel with it's finishing touches. Everything we needed to live there, (shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry facilities w/soap), clothes line that I was so surprised dried my clothes so much quicker than a dryer..;) There is a supermarket 30 seconds away and a pizza/coffee place 1 minute walk.
I have plans to come back and will with out a doubt stay here. It was the highlight of my trip. Made me actually start thinking about my retirement. Thank you Adele... you were a gem!

Deserves more than 5 stars!
What a fabulous apartment! Praiano is a quieter village 15 minutes from Positano, with good bus links and great restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with stunning views. There is a grocery store within 50m and a bus stop on the doorstep. The owners are truly amazing hosts and so helpful - we were late arriving and did not get to the apartment in our hire car until 1.30am - but Paula was there to help us park our car in the garage, and Adele gave us some excellent suggestions as regards local attractions. All in all an amazing October half term stay and we would heartily recommend.

Fantastic terrace!! Great host!!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sosore! Adele is an awesome host! We really enjoyed her professional attitude and her fun personality. She was ready to meet us when we called and was available to answer every question about the area. The apartment was so comfortable and the terrace cannot be beat. The kitchen is complete. It had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the BBQ on the terrace works very well. The shower is great and the washer and dishwasher work perfectly. The apartment is super clean and cute. I would highly recommend this rental.
I also highly recommend Praiano as a great place to stay. We loved being able to visit the very busy Positano, Amalfi and Ravello and then escape from the crowds to our little town. There is a city bus that stops directly in front of the apartment door that takes you up and down the hill for 1 euro. (There is no noise from the street inside the apartment.). The Bus to Positano also stops right outside the door. The streets are VERY small, as is the road on the coast. We parked in the garage and used the bus most of the time.
The grocery store is just down the street from the apartment, (20 meters or so) but this is not a busy shopping area. There is not room for more than two cars to park there. They had everything we needed for our meals, except seafood.
If you love great shopping and tons of crowds, go to Positano and Amalfi. IF you want a peaceful, quiet town with a gorgeous view and comfortable quarters, choose this place. HIGHLY recommended.

A-MAZING!!
Where do I start?? We had THE most delightful trip!! Can I give MORE stars!?! I wish I could!! The Amalfi Coast is wonderful and our hosts, Adele and her sisters, made our stay unforgettable! Their place was perfect--so cozy, comfortable, and clean! Not to mention that we were picked up upon arrival and greeted with goodies just to help us get settled! And that view... combined with the fact that I truly have never come across more welcoming and hospitable hosts...Well, I clearly could go on and on. :) The sisters were all so sweet and charitable (truly, you made us feel like home, but in a better version of home :)) and the location is just wonderful--so close to everything you'd need! I can't say enough good things about our stay.
Praiano offers a nice little respite from the activity of Positano or Amalfi, but you have such quick and easy access to either! The town is adorable and quaint, but with everything you'd want and need! Plus, the sisters have clearly all put thought and effort into making you comfortable and ensuring you have everything you might need...as if a clean place to lay your head with an amazing view wouldn't have already been enough.
Truly, if you have any question, this IS the place you want to stay!!!!
And to Adele, Michela, Ilaria, and Paola--THANK YOU all so much for being so kind, giving, accomodating, and welcoming!! You truly helped make our trip so lovely and it was wonderful to meet you (even though we didn't get to meet all of you--I wish we had)! I hope our paths cross again and we will absolutely be staying with you if we return.
