“Beautiful resort. Rooms a little older but bathrooms and decor are modern. The pool area and views are incredible and the elevator to the beach is a real plus. Quick drive or Uber to old town of Alvor with incredible restaurants. The real plus was the level of customer service from the front of the house staff. They are knowledgeable, offer great recommendations and so helpful. Would highly recommend staying here when in the Algarve.”

“Amazing location with breathtaking views and a private beach. My wife and I originally booked two nights but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to five. This is a privately owned hotel that is exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beach is truly something special—just Google "Praia Bilhoa" to see the photos and videos. The rooms are very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an all inclusive that is definitely worth it, this is the place!”

“Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.”

“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were so helpful and friendly - from the Front Desk to Housekeeping Staff to the Bar & Restaurant Staff, they are all a credit to the management. The Hotel itself is modern, bright & spotlessly clean and is in a great location with loads of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance - it's literally across street from the beach. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend.”

“There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.”
