「What a jewel this house is - the history and the care in renovating are phenomenal. I slept upstairs and enjoyed it very much. I love all the windows which allow a lot of light into the house. I was surprised how close it was to the street and we did hear some street noise through the night. The coffee bar was wonderful as was the garden which notes all of the flowers that have been planted. I really enjoyed that.」

「The house was varry clean and had all we need to make it feel like home away from home. My kids loved it, and so did are dog. The yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around and play. 「Matt was a great host! He gave great directions to get to the property and how to checkin and out. The house is beautiful! It was a short drive to the fairgrounds and was great for multiple families to stay in, definitely beats a hotel. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating due to frigid temps and a snow storm, but it looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend and we would stay here again!」
