“Cute, quaint, clean, well furnished and beautiful setting and exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. Word of caution, a bit of mobility is needed to navigate the stairs up to the patio on the regular unit. We ended the evening watching that horse neighbors browse the field and peeking at the stars through the trees!”

“Absolutely not worth it. Even for a cheap room, this was unacceptable, so we checked out the same night. The room was filthy: there were bugs on the walls, hair in the bathroom, and stains on the walls that I don't even want to think about. The AC unit was propped up on a plastic bucket and a flattened beer box, with black grime built up around it. I have video of all of it. If you're thinking of booking here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.”

“Overall, if you are looking for a place that is affordable, quiet, clean, close to Baylor and safe, this place checks most of those boxes. Property is a newer apartment complex about 10 minutes from the Baylor campus. However, the property is adjacent to I-35 frontage road. Convenient for on-off the highway, but noisy all day and night. Felt clean and safe. Booking, check-in and ongoing communication were very timely for our stay. Ground floor unit if anyone is nervous about doors in……
