「Check in was horrible, front desk attendant could not explain anything to us during check in. Ran 2 transactions off my card and proceed to run two more without my knowledge. Attempted to run a 5th transaction after I had checked out 2 days later. Result is I have now overpaid for my rooms and after a week have not received a refund for the overpayment. 「The hotel is undergoing Reno’s. When we first pulled back the sheets, there was some dried blood, perhaps a worker cut their hand? Staff was super quick to change the sheets. Very nice staff. Breakfast was very good. Real scrambled eggs and delish sausages.」
