“The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.”

“We were unable to reach the host upon check in, so we had to actually ask a neighbor of the property we happened to see if they could call them. It took nearly an hour to finally gain access to the unit. Poor communication and inconvenient, irresponsible check in when the door code wasn’t even set up for us until much later than check in. The place was nice and clean though. Book with knowing it may be hard to gain access initially. I hope they improve.”

Denham Springs is a great area too - nice restaurants and with Sam's Club being close by, it worked out nicely for filling up gas. The only downside - the property was listed as approximately 22 minutes to LSU campus but for most drives we made it was over 30 minutes with traffic/construction/accidents.
