I highly recommend this property. It’s beautiful, private, eco friendly, clean, and the staff is AMAZING! I do suggest the property get more charging stations (both inside and outside) for electronic devices for guests as we are all more technically connected. Also, I suggest converting the bathtub into a shower with seating.

Ruhige Top-Lage direkt am Strand von Maenam. Guter Service und beeindruckende Freundlichkeit des Personal. Anlage sehr sauber.

Good room for the price balcony to have coffee on room with kitchenette and friendly owners
good restaurant about 500 meters down the road just past amarin hotel and plenty of other restaurants nearby
to the sea turn right out of hotel and left at family mart there is a gym in that road as well as bars and restaurants as well

From the very first comunication with Sam, the owner, until our departure, absolutely everything about this property.was brilliant. Sam made sure we had everything we needed to make a stay wonderful. Her tips and recommendations were accurate and very helpful. The villa was one of the best rental acomodations we have ever stayed in. Super clean, well equiped, and in an excelent location. A quiet area of Koh Samui. We had a short walk to a almost deserted, wide sandy beach. A few funky beach bars to wet our whistles and several massage places to relax with a body rub while listening to the waves come ashore. The ocean easy to get in and out. There were numerous restaurants within easy walking distane to the villa. We did not have a rental car or scooterbut used taxis whenever we wanted to explore. Safer for us.
On one of our days, on Samui, Sam organized a chef to take us to a market, purchase ingredients, and return to the villa to prepare a great meal. A highlight of our vacation for sure.
In summary, we would rate this accomodation as above 5 star.
If you are coming to Koh Samui and want a rental accomodation, RENT THIS PLACE!

C'est un hôtel très agréable, il est au calme et propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins. C'était notre 2eme séjour au Mimosa. Si nous revenons à Samui, notre choix sera sans hésiter le Mimosa. La plage est parfaite, il y a de l'eau, même à marrée basse.
