We’ve stayed here before and returned. Unfortunately, the 6am breakfast staff as well as front office staff never showed up. We waited until 6:30 yet nobody-so left as we had to get on the road. This was not past experience with staff here…hoping it wasn’t anything serious in staff not showing up.

The first day and receptionist was very good. Breakfast the first day was OK. Second day went down for breakfast. On our way out. There was no breakfast at 8 o’clock. It hadn’t been set up. There was no receptionist there was nobody to talk to or ask about and I paid for breakfast with my stay. I didn’t get my full stay with no breakfast and the hot tub not hot broke down. very disappointed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We accidentally left something behind and when I called to ask them to ship the item to us they were very responsive. I appreciate the follow through despite staffing shortages. If we ever go through Pratt again we will be sure to stay at the same place. Thanks Samantha for going the extra mile to get our shoes back! We sincerely appreciate it!

Everything overall was great. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The shower could be a little better. The shower head needs to be updated so it is not spraying all overbut other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Our room , was nice & clean; we brought our miniature schnauzer with us and were given the perfect room on first floor close to side entrance (making it super easy to take the dog out). The hotel is quiet and sets back from main road with lots of green space to walk the dog. Staff (Tray) provided excellent service; we found him to be very helpful and kind. Thank you, for a great stay!!
