"Check-in staff was nice but created much confusion when she asked if we wanted SOAP for our stay. What hotel doesn't provide soap?? Turns out the soap, shampoo, and conditioner are free, but I thought they had turned them into an add-on. I asked if there was TP in the room, or if that was also an add-on. Ridiculous policy for a high-end resort."

"The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me due to an “overbooking” issue. They implied it was Expedia’s fault. They also indicated they had called me and told me what happened and had already credited my account for the prepaid room. I received no notification from them and no credit. I was able to recover the funds only after Expedia called them. Mistakes happen but the manner in which they handled the issue was terrible."

"This was a nice place to stay, convenient to just about everything, easy walking distance to restaurants. I don’t recommend the breakfast served at the hotel, it looked awful, but a place called First Watch right across the street excellent!! New mattresses were put in the day we got there so that was nice! Overall very quiet. "

"Rooms were clean, staff were great, and quick access to I-65 or anything you need along Hwy 14. Lots of options for breakfast. Overall a nice stay and somewhere I’d stay again if needed."

"The night clerk was so amazing helping us check in. It was storming she was so helpful checking us in so we didn’t have to get out in the storm. The breakfast was lacking. But everything else was very good. Will stay there again."

"Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night."
