The rooms, beds, bathrooms, seafood cleaning/boiling area were all perfect for us. And the access and views of the beach just topped off an amazing week! "The property is clean. The location is great. The parking under the building is very tight to maneuver in and out of. The interior was clean. The bar stools are wobbly - we never sat in those. We had no paper towels or toilet paper - we had to contact the on call number to get access to get some. The bed mattresses are covered in plastic - easy to clean, I’m sure, but noisy. We were rained in for three days, but we had plenty of room inside to relax."

"Very comfortable cottage within walking distance to the beach. Good size for 4 people. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom good sized. Washer/dryer worked well. Bedrooms are small. Air conditioner in one bedroom noisy. Back patio area is shared with guests in the adjacent cottage. Communication with host is via host email and VRBO- so watch your email. Also, can text with host easily."
