“Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay.
Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed.
The room is just ok large enough for me to open my two very large luggage, but still clean and comfort.

“The front desk is very friendy with a lot of help. All staff can speak English. It is a very clean hotel, both bedroom and bathroom are big, compare with some other same level hotels. The heater is warm enough in the winter. Hope to come back again. Walking 10 minutes and you will find the city center with some good restaurants surround. However, we assume wifi should be upgrade.”

“Room very dark but clean and fresh. No staff, but helpful lady on the phone who helped us gain access to the hotel and room 30 minutes early. Slept very well, love bed and covers. Shower seemed to run out of hot water at shower time in the morning and the heating system isn't the easiest to comprehend. Hotel is in a great position to explore the wonderful city of Tours.”
