Even prior to check in Mery the property manager was very accommodating organising an early check in, and thereafter she was very responsive to any requests. 「Wie immer war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch im Maloja Palace. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist phaenomenal. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Das Hotel ansich ist schon eine Reise wert. Jeder Aufenthalt ist eine Zeitreise in eine Epoche des Tourismus Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts.
