This 30 m² duplex apartment is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing and can accommodate up to 4 people.



Outdoors, you can enjoy a small balcony for your breakfasts and meals, with a view of the shared swimming pool (open and heated from 15 June to 15 September).



Inside, the living area consists of a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, Airfryer, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster), a double convertible sofa (140x190), and a first balcony.

On the upper floor, you will find a sleeping area with a double convertible sofa (140x190), a second balcony with sea view between the tall pines, as well as a small bathroom with shower and WC.



A private parking space will be at your disposal at the bottom of the accommodation. Free parking spaces are also available adjacent to the residence.
