Facing the sea, on the road to Pointe Saint-Gildas and just 1 km from the centre of Préfailles, this spacious villa of 170 m² welcomes you for a holiday with family or friends on the Côte de Jade. Set on a enclosed and secure plot of 1,200 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people in a privileged environment, between beaches, coves and maritime landscapes.



Outside, make the most of the exceptional setting and the sea view. The large terrace, accessible from the dining room, offers a magnificent view as far as the island of Noirmoutier and will be ideal for sharing your meals outdoors thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal. A kiosk also benefiting from an unobstructed view of the ocean can serve as an office or sleeping space thanks to its double sofa bed (140).



Inside, the ground floor welcomes you in a beautiful convivial living space facing the sea. The lounge has a television for your relaxation, whilst the dining room opens directly onto the large terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook as at home: hob, fridge-freezers, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, bean-to-cup espresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.



On the sleeping side, the house has five sleeping spaces spread across different levels:

- Bedroom 1 (on the half-landing): one Queen Size bed (160)

- Bedroom 2 (on the half-landing): three single beds (90)

- Bedroom 3 (on the half-landing): two single beds (90)

- Master suite (second floor): one Queen Size bed (160), an ensuite bathroom and a private WC

- External kiosk: one double sofa bed (140), which can also be used as a desk



A bathroom and an independent WC are also available on the half-landing level.



You can park up to 4 cars directly on the enclosed and secure grounds of the property.



To facilitate your stay, the villa is also equipped with a hairdryer, a table and an iron.
